Scrapbooking Top 50 Aus July Challenge!

This months challenge at SBT50 is a fun and easy sketch challenge. 

You can use it anyway you like, as long as the bones of the sketch can be seen.

I have flipped the sketch to suit my photo of Emma and I pulling funny faces on the motorbike to send to daddy at work! I love how this has turned out. It is so fun and bright and really shows the fun we were having! :)

SUYS July Challenge!!

A new month always means new Scrapbooking challenges, and this month the SUYS challenge is really cool! As in frosty, winter blues, cool!! lol!! The challenge is a colour challenge, using shades of blue, white and grey!! You Can also be inspired by the image of Frosty if you want! Don't forget to include your handmade item too! :)

Here is my take on the challenge. A funny photo of me taken while wearing the kids police chief dress ups! lol!!  My handmade items are Burdy's Embellies button and cool cogs, and a D'Lish Scraps flair. This is my first layout using my new Silhouette Cameo machine! :)

November Show Us Your Stuff Challenge!!

Have you spotted the Nov SUYS challenge yet? This one looks a little scary at first, but was good fun once i got started.  This is the challenge....

And this is my take on the challenge......  I decided to use this challenge to get the cover page of our Qld 2013 holiday album done! The album will be a mix of Project Life and traditional scrapping pages.  I am by no means a PL expert, this is only my 2nd PL page, but this challenge was perfect for what i wanted to do! 

My handmade embellishments include a Burdy's Embellies love candy, and lots of Rainbow Splendour goodies! :)

So the challenge is to create a layout with NO People, and also needs to include a handmade item as usual.  

Here is my take on the challenge...one of the cute puppies we had, with a dog pellet hanging out her mouth! lol! 

I used some of my own Burdy's Embellies on this page, a heart stack and a button flower.
