Off The Rails Scrapbooking!

I loved the moodboard for the October Off The Rails Scrapbooking challenge, so really wanted to fins time to squeeze in this challenge for the month. Bright colours really appeal to me!

I have been inspired by the whole mood board! The colours, the circular ribbon effect the smilie face, and 'Be Happy' from the quote! :)

My Hero...

This month i decided to play along with the challenge at Scrapbookit. I have had this photo of my Dad lying around for quite a while but had never had the right opportunity to scrap it.  The Scrapbookit challenge was perfect though. The criteria was to scrap a masculine layout, with the words 'My Hero', 4 different patterned papers, Washi tape, twine, and a handmade item! Phew, that was a lot of criteria, but it all tied together quite easily! :)

SUYS September Challenge!!

Its that time of the month again!! Time for a new challenge at Show Us Your Stuff, and this month it is a Spring Themed mood board designed by Sophie!! Isn't it gorgeous!! Interpret this mood board any way you like and remember to add your handmade item too! :)

Here is my example page! This is soooo different to my normal scrapping style, but i really really love it! I keep looking at it, and can't believe it is in fact mine! I don't do pastels!! lol!! This photo has been pushed around my desk for so long, I have wanted to scrap it, but couldn't work out how to do it justice.  I think i have done it perfectly here!! :) I have used one of my Burdy's Embellies Love Candy's as my handmade item.

I decided to play along with the challenge at White with 1 this month for the very first time!! The challenge was white with Liquorice!! I LOVE LIQUORICE so i had to give it a go!! lol!!

Mad About Scrappin July Challenge

I found a gorgeous sketch challenge at Mad About Scrappin and had to give it a go!

This is the sketch! Isn't it pretty!! :)

This is my layout! I have used some of my yummy 'Burdy's Embellies' goodies on this one. There is a satin flower, chippie hearts, and basic button, as well as a butterfly pin from 'a little bit fANTsy'!

As soon as i saw the D-Lish Scraps July Mood Board challenge, i knew i wanted to give it a go! I loved the colours, as well as the optional sketch!

This is the mood board...

This is my layout!! I love how it turned out! :) I have used one of my Burdy's Embellies Chippie Buttons and a Love Candy, layered together for a simple, yet effective embellishment on my page.
